The feedback sound weirdly cuts away, might need some tweaking.

Little mixing here and there with the individual instruments to help bring them out will help too, but so far shit's damn good. Can't wait to hear it as you work/finish it :3

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

Cheers man. I'll take care of issues for the final version. This hasn't received my signature attention yet.. Just an idea. Thanks again, man!

This almost sounds...

broken in a way. But it's nice and calming for sure. But i would deck anyone who says this isn't any good.

Keep up the good work!

Xyresic responds:

That's probably the pizzicato you're hearing that sounds "broken"... that's the most likely candidate in my opionion. Thanks for the review!

To much bass

Not enough happening around it. The bass part is alright, but the mixing kind of ruins any good that it could be doing since it drowns everything out. Bring the levels on the bass kick down and bring the instruments out more. This has potential, it's just hiding under to much bass kick

ThePrice responds:

Thanks for dropping a review, I appreciate constructive criticism such as yours, it helps me know what I'm doing wrong. The whole bass thing is just something I'm experimenting with, and I haven't gotten the proper level right yet. I'll probably lower it a bit in the full version; but the song sounded nice on my stereo headphones 'cause it catches all the notes that most people won't hear under the bass.

Hellz yeah

I like the mixture of softer rhythms that lead into the harder riffs that go throughout.

Though the build ups don't really hit at the points where the main riffs come in, they are good enough to look past that.

Can't wait for the final mix if you do decide to use this, because the riffs towards the end are amazing sounding, just hard to hear :3

Metaljonus responds:

Thanks dude! I've been trying so hard to bring up the clarity in my mixes so I'll let you know you.

Drums are a bit over powering

But i know this is just a rough outline of what it will be. but i would be careful of your drums being taking over and drowning out the rest of the sounds. Cause what seems to be happening in the back sounds pretty good... When you can hear it lol The kick is eating the song away. That and s couple parts the crash and or hi-hat sound like they're getting out of time.

Sorry that i'm critiquing the mix so much... because it does sound awesome :3

Metaljonus responds:

yeah I have'nt bothered to mix it lol I'll upload a better version in a bit. also the drums are programmed

Great on Soundcloud

And great no matter where you give it to us.

Love the rumble the kick gives in the beginning. And the rhythmic pulse of the song is great, though the sidechain feel may be a little to much, but thats just me. It is a nice mix of sounds. That and what sound samples do you use, because the ones that use this girls voice seem to be used in my favorite tracks of yours :3

xKore responds:

The vocals in this were sampled from a video my friend posted on youtube of her singing 'a thousand miles' by vanessa carlton.

Nice

My only real issue with your songs as of late is that the drps and build-ups are sounding a bit to like one another.

But on to this song. There is an amazing range of sounds being used, but everything compliments rather than fights each other. Can't really say much about the mixing/mastering, you've just about nailed it every-time i hear you now a-days.

Is this going to be an album release type thing or just doing it because you can by the way? lol

xKore responds:

Not sure what the release details are tbh, Syrebral asked me for it so I guess It may releasing with the original or something, sometime in the future.

Doesn't really sound

Like a first attempt to me lol. Though you've probably been doing electronic musics for a while now so that shouldn't matter.

The mix is actually pretty good from what i could hear. There sounds like there is a lot of sub-bass which my set-up doesn't want to pick up sadly, but it doesn't seem to mess up the mix so it must be doing it right :3

Oakwood responds:

I've been practicing a lot with Dubstep lately so that's also a reason for it being better than you expected :P But yes, a few years of making electronic music help as well.

And about the mix, well I guess it's okay then =3

Iz wish i culd go az fast az u!

If i culd, i'd be able to makes moneys and be likd bi everone :D

Back-From-Purgatory responds:

iknorite?!

Could be so much more..

But what it is, is great and beautiful. The distortion gives it a crunchy and yet softer feeling in a way because of what it plays. Though i feel you could actually use the tone of the main instrument to be expanded over a much longer and in-depth song.

The biggest issue i heard was the drums, and not because of the squeeze/bit crusher thing you used on them, cause i like how you used that sound. They didn't feel like they where as emotional in tone as the other instruments, which is the only reason that i am giving this a 9, because otherwise it's great =3

GronmonSE responds:

Ack, late response, sorry lol.

And yeah, the drums should probably be a little different. To be honest though, this was a really quick job to get me out of the artist's block.

Thanks for the review! I'll review one of your songs next week.

A giant lovable teddy bear here to hugs kittens. =3 FEAR MY "=3" face!!!!!!
