Tarboy Deserved #1
Here's why:
The story has been told before, by different creatures, even of different worlds. But it is done so very well. This seems like a sort of pilot episode that explains the story, but nothing more than introducing the main characters.
I like the animation style. Very fluent, very styled, simplistic in ways but it works. It plays out like a good cartoon.
Maybe it's not the most original of stories, but at least you didn't half ass it like some live action versions of this type of story. At least you didn't have Tarboy have amnesia and the "Fatcats" have one of their members be his father or something lol loved it.
